Bach-Stiftung St. Gallen that gives you interesting insights into Bach&#8217;s cantatas &#8211; including exclusive excerpts from their live performance. <\/p>\n<p>In this workshop, Xo\u00e1n Casti\u00f1eira and Rudolf Lutz explore J.S. Bach&#8217;s cantata BWV 34 \u00abO ewiges Feuer, o Ursprung der Liebe\u00bb (O fire everlasting, O fountain of loving). The cantata is rather unusual: Parts of it go back to a secular wedding cantata, which the librettist skillfully reshaped into a Pentecost piece.
